Ratih is a mother of two who loves to sing Indonesian oldies goldies and watch drakor in her spare time. She holds a Joint Master Degree on Urban and Regional Planning from Miyazaki University and Institute Technology Bandung (ITB), where she was awarded as the best graduate, and a Bachelor of Engineering on the same subject from ITB. She has a range of experience and interest in research and consultancy on the following topics: urban farming, zoning regulation, spatial planning, urban renewal, sustainable development, and urban development. She contributes her expertise as a researcher and consultant in AMADA.

Irma Pratiwi
HIGHLY MOTIVATED MATERIALS ENGINEER WITH PASSION FOR CONTINUOUS LEARNING AND WATERCOLOR PAINTING
An astute materials engineering graduate who is interested in corrosion and materials selection. She is versatile and able to achieve high academic and student community record, balancing studies alongside social activities. She is proficient in analytical thinking and problem solving. A meditation nerd who loves sketching and painting in her leisure time. During her college, she involved in various projects related to materials and failure analysis. She also takes part in number of wide ranging voluntary roles which further build her ability to work as a team and achieve goals. Raised in open-minded environment, she is interested in the issues related to women empowerment and education in Indonesia. Currently, she works as research assistant in Institut Teknologi Bandung. For her, imagination has always been an incredible driving force and to express it, watercolor is the best media.
