Maulana holds a PhD degree in Management Science from Lancaster University, UK. His passion in arts, music, and culture, has led him to engage in many activities that promote Indonesian arts and culture as well as youth development. He co-founded some traditional music groups, such as Angklung Hamburg Orchestra (2002), Sabilulungan (2003), Lancaster Angklung Orchestra (2009), and Tim Muhibah Angklung (2015). He has travelled with the group to Europe and Australia, making concerts and participating in some prominent folklore festivals where they won several top awards, including Grand Prix winner in Sozopol (Bulgaria) and runner-up in Cerveny Kostelec (Czech Rep.). He is the author of “40 Days in Europe” (2007), a memoir about his experience leading an angklung group (KPA 3) in a seemingly “impossible journey” across Europe for 40 days. With Sembilan Matahari, he is currently working on a film titled “The Journey”, a documentary about his journey with Tim Muhibah Angklung. He is a lecturer at Pasundan University Graduate School, teaching system dynamics and simulation at Industrial Engineering department. He cofounded AMADA and assigned as CEO who runs day-to-day operations and ensure their effectiveness and efficiency in achieving AMADA’s goals, making substantial impact in people and community.

A socio-economic and development researcher, a lecturer and an local NGO worker equipped with interdisciplinary educations and almost 15 years of experience of action, policy and academic oriented researches and advocacies; have interest in socio-economic, socio-political & development issues; that aim to contribute to the advancement of societies and the state, enrichment the body of knowledge, and improvement of the quality of life of the people. In AMADA he serves as the Chief of Social Economic Research and Public Policy. He oversees the research processes in every AMADA project to meet the highest quality standards.

Education:
Dian holds a M.Sc. degree in Information and Communication Engineering from Universitaet Karlsruhe (TH), Germany and BEng in Electrical Engineering from Institut Teknologi Bandung, Indonesia. In AMADA, he is contributing in system modeling, data management and analysis. Aside of working professionally for more than 15 years as engineer, Dian also has great interests in cultural and environmental issues. He also likes Sundanese music and cycling to the remote areas and country-side.

Education:
Kang Dadan is a professional metallurgical failure analysis expert, he is also senior lecturer at the Faculty of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB). He holds Doctor of Engineering degree from Kobe University Japan. He has published scientific and engineering works in various international publisher, both through scientific journals and books. He has accomplished various consultancy works with various industries and institution, including energy companies, manufacturing and oil and gas companies. He has great passion in education and developing local micro, small and medium-sized enterprise (MSME) in Indonesia. Hence in AMADA he contributes in the programs related to education and developing local MSME. He is also a dedicated person in sports; he exercises regularly in tennis, badminton, cycling and various strength exercise.
